Please note that certification of copies of all documents should be no older than 3 months.
- Proof of payment of the application fee. Payment of the application fee can be made via cash, card, or EFT.
- Certified copies of the Learner’s two latest term School Reports (if applicable).
- Certified copy of the Learner’s Unabridged Birth Certificate.
- Certified copy of Health Certificate confirming that all statutory inoculations have been administered (Grades 000 to 7 applicants only).
- Certified copies of the Learner’s Parents / Guardians / Third Party’s ID books /smart ID cards.
- Certified copy of a utility bill or lease agreement not older than 3 months with the Parents / Guardians / Third Party’s physical address thereon.
- Fee statement from the Learner’s current school.
- In order to confirm affordability and to facilitate the acceptance of this application, kindly attach copies of the last 3 months’ bank statements and salary slips of both Parents / Guardians / Third Parties. In the event of self-employment, please also provide a letter from the Accountant / Public Officer detailing income or alternatively a copy of the most recent financials of the business certified by the Accountant / Public Officer, along with relevant company documentation including tax clearance certificates. St Henrys Marist College Applications
Applicants for all grades (000 to 12) may either collect Application Forms from the College Reception or download them here. When completed, the Application Forms must be returned with all the relevant documents detailed in the Forms to the Admissions Secretary at the College Reception. An application fee of R250 is payable.
Applicants for Grades 1-8 will be required to write a Readiness Test/Entrance Assessment. Upon successful completion of the Assessment, applicants will be invited for an interview. Given a positive outcome of the interview, applicants will be offered a place at the College. Entrance to the College for applicants for Grades 9-12 will be offered on the basis of their academic results at their present school and the outcome of an interview.
A registration fee of R5000 will become payable on acceptance of an applicant.
