Linkside High School Online Application Form for Admission 2024-2025 academic year for Grade 8 is open and will be closing on 31 March 2023. Therefore, all those who wish to study at Linkside High School for the 2024 Grade 8 must submit an online application form at www.linksidehs.co.za before the closing date or deadline
Documents Needed to Apply for Linkside High School Application Forms 2024
- Certified copy of Grade 6 report
- Certified copy of learner’s birth certificate
- Certified copy of both sides of the Medical Aid Card
- Certified copy of Learner’s Clinic Card
- Certified copy of death certificate(s), if one or both parents are deceased
- Certified copy of Mother’s / Legal Guardian’s / Stepmother’s Identity Document
- Certified copy of Father’s / Legal Guardian’s / Stepfather’s Identity Document
- Recently taken School Photo – not older than 3 months
- Certified copy of Proof of address – not older than 3 months (Municipal Account / Lease Agreement / Letter from Ward Councillor)
- Certified copy of Legal Guardianship Court Order (Failure to do so will result in the Application NOT being processed)
- Certified copy of Social Grant Documents
- If self-employed a copy of your latest tax return from SARS
- Should you be the LEGAL GUARDIAN of this child – ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS must be attached
- TRUST FUNDS: Letter from the trust fund stating that there are funds available for school fees for the next 5 years
- Both Biological Parents / Legal Guardians / Stepparents are to sign the application form as requested
How to Apply Linkside High School Application Forms 2024 PDF
- Go to www.linksidehs.co.za and Download the application form 2024 in PDF format
- Please make sure you complete and sign EVERY SECTION of the application form.
- The form must be completed in full by both the biological mother and father or legal guardian(s) or step-parents.
- Applications will be accepted ONLY with the submission of ALL relevant certified documentation.
- An unsigned application form is regarded as an incomplete application form and will not be processed.
- Parents are requested to apply at more than one school in order to avoid a situation where the learner might not be accepted at our school, and then be left without an alternative
- The Code of Conduct forms part of this application form. Please retain it for your reference.
- The completed application form may be placed in a sealed envelope together with the supporting documents and hand deliver it to the main gate from 9:30 am to 1 pm from Monday to Friday during the period of submission
- On the last day of submission, application forms will only be accepted until 12 pm.
Linkside High School Fees 2024-2025 (subject to SGB budget approval)
- SCHOOL FEES: R 26 200 per annum
- Payable over 10 months: R2 620 per month for TEN months
- Payable over 11 months: R2 382 per month for ELEVEN months
PRELIMINARY FEE: R3 500 payable by the end of August 2023
