Hoerskool Gerrit Maritz Admissions 2024-2025: Late Applications 2024

Hoerskool Gerrit Maritz Admissions is now prepared to receive all applicants who are determined to enrol in studies and submit applications for the 2024–2025 academic year. The school strongly advises all potential students to submit their applications during the initial window before the deadline and to attach any correct documentation.

Note: If Art is selected, the relevant art activity must also be indicated. A brief report of participation and performance in the activity must be submitted with the application for admission. There is room in the application form for this.

 

Document and information required for the admission of a learner

The following documents are required for both the online and the manual application. For the online application, these documents must be scanned in and attached to the application.

• ID or unabridged birth certificate of the child
• One ID photo of the learner
• Latest school report
• ID copies of both parents/guardians
• Copy of Court Order if the learner is placed under Guardianship
• Clearance Certificate of previous school & latest statement
• Proof of residence (water & lights acc)
• Copy of Divorce Agreement, if applicable
• Copy of the Maintenance Court Order if applicable
• Copy of medical aid card
• Copy of death certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of income for both parents/guardians
• Proof of unemployment for both parents/guardians (if applicable: Letter from Dept of Labour)
• Copy of grant received
• Copy of the child’s Immunisation Card

How to apply for admission at Hoerskool Gerrit Maritz

• Go to the official website of the school
• At the top menu of the page, click on the “Apply for Admission” tab
• All new applicants must complete the application form before applying. They will not process applications without filling out the forms.
• Attach the necessary document when applying
• Complete and submit your application for evaluation
