Document and information required for the admission of a learner

ADMISSION PROCEDURE (Any outstanding documents will delay applications)

Please return copies of the following with these completed forms:

• Your child’s I.D./ birth certificate
• Parent’s or Guardian’s identity documents
• Most recent report card
• Medical aid card (both sides)
• Three (3) months of bank statements/proof of income
• Immunisations chart (Pre-Primary/Little Saints school only)

 

2024 SCHOOL FEES

School fees for 2024 will be R14 800.00
The first payment of R600.00 is payable on/before 17 January 2024 on receipt of books.
Thereafter 10 (ten) payments of R1 420.00 are to be made. The first of these payments are due at the end of January 2020. Should you pay the full outstanding amount (R13 460.00) on/or before 28 February 2024, you qualify for a 5% discount (R740.00).

How to apply for admission at Welkom Gymnasium High School
