Document and information required for the admission of a learner

ADMISSION PROCEDURE (Any outstanding documents will delay applications)

1. Please return copies of the following with these completed forms:

• Your child’s I.D./ birth certificate
• Parent’s or Guardian’s identity documents
• Most recent report card
• Medical aid card (both sides)
• Three (3) months of bank statements/proof of income
• Immunisations chart (Pre-Primary/Little Saints school only)

2. Primary and High School children are required to write a 1 and 2-hour Placement Test respectively (English & Mathematics), at a cost of R500. This amount is non-refundable.
3. Once accepted: To secure your child’s space, we require a non-refundable registration fee of R1 000 (Little Saints to Primary School) and R1 500 (High School) due by the date specified in your child’s acceptance letter.
4. Boarders are required to pay a full term’s boarding house fees in advance.
5. Non-South African Citizens will receive a study visa application letter to apply for a compulsory valid study visa.

How to apply for admission at St Dominic’s College

• Go to the official website of the school
• At the top menu of the page, click on the “Apply for Admission” tab
• All new applicants must complete the application form before applying. They will not process applications without filling out the forms.
• Attach the necessary document when applying
• Complete and submit your application for evaluation
