Russell High School Application Form 2024-2025: How to Apply to the School

Since the admission time at Russell High School is now open, prospective students should begin applying to the school during this academic year. If a student wants to apply to the school, they can download application forms during the application period, fill them out, and submit them along with the appropriate documentation and personal information.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Russell High School

For both the online and the manual application, the following documents are required:

  • Id or unabridged birth certificate of the child
  • One ID photo of the learner
  • Latest school report
  • ID copies of both parents/guardians
  • Copy of Court Order if the learner is placed under Guardianship
  • Clearance Certificate of previous school & latest statement
  • Proof of residence (water & lights acc)
  • Copy of the Divorce Agreement, if applicable
  • Copy of the Maintenance Court Order if applicable
  • Copy of medical aid card
  • Copy of death certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of income for both parents/guardians
  • Proof of unemployment for both parents/guardians (if applicable: Letter from Dept of Labour)
  • Copy of grant received
  • Copy of the child’s Immunisation Card

 

Application Procedures for Enrolment

  1. Obtain an “Application for Admission” Form from Russell High School offices.
  2. Applicant’s parents/guardians are to complete the form in full.
  3. Application form to be returned to the school with the relevant certified copies.
  4. Russell High is a FEE PAYING SCHOOL and successful applicants will be required to pay a deposit in order to secure their position.

How to submit a school application to Russell High School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

  • Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
  • Select “Load Documents”
  • After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
  • Fill up your details in the provided space given
  • Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
  • Click “Upload.”
  • After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
