Rusplaas Christian Model School has made it possible for parents to enroll their children in the school for the current academic year by opening an admissions site. Now that the School has opened its admissions portal, all candidates prepared to apply for the forthcoming academic year may do so. In order to assist parents in enrolling their children in the school, the school has given them a variety of admissions procedures.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner
For both the online and the manual application, the following documents are required:
- Id or unabridged birth certificate of the child
- One ID photo of the learner
- Latest school report
- ID copies of both parents/guardians
- Copy of Court Order if the learner is placed under Guardianship
- Clearance Certificate of previous school & latest statement
- Proof of residence (water & lights acc)
- Copy of Divorce Agreement, if applicable
- Copy of the Maintenance Court Order if applicable
- Copy of medical aid card
- Copy of death certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of income for both parents/guardians
- Proof of unemployment for both parents/guardians (if applicable: Letter from Dept of Labour)
- Copy of grant received
- Copy of the child’s Immunisation Card

School Admission Policy
RCMS complies with the rules and regulations of the SA educational system. The age of admission to grade one is five years if the child turns six on or before 30 June of that year. When applying for admission parents/guardians must produce a copy of the birth certificate, transfer letter, and last report from the previous school. In addition, for non-South African citizens, a study permit, temporary or permanent residence permit, or evidence of application for permission to stay in South Africa, is required.
Above all, learners with fake documents will be expelled with immediate effect. Learners and parents are obliged to sign a code of conduct. Finally, a learner who comes in the middle of the academic year must bring authentic documents and proof of transfer to support the admission.
All new learners are to pay non-refundable registration fees and complete the application forms for admission.
Application forms can be submitted from the 1st of August, every year. Parents will be informed of the outcome of the application telephonically, verbally, or by post. No new admission will be given to the grade 12 classes. Admission to grades 10 and 11 will be given under special circumstances.

The school fund should be paid on or before the 7th of every month. If you deposit money at the bank, bring the deposit slip to the office for recording purposes. If you pay fees in cash at the office, make sure that you receive a receipt from the office. The office accepts cash payments up to 12H00. Any kind of fund paid to the school is not refundable without proper reason. Always keep receipts, and deposit slips, in a safe place. School Subjects
