Our Lady of Fatima High School is a well-educative institution that accepts all students interested in applying and studying at the school for the academic year 2024-2025. The school provides an application form during the application period which assists students in providing the necessary required documents before submitting the forms to the school as the application proceeds.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Our Lady of Fatima High School
The following documents are to be included with the application (incomplete applications will not be considered):
- Complete application form
- Copy of Identity document or birth certificate
- Copies of Parents’ / Guardian’s Identity document
- Most recent report card
- Copy of medical aid card
- Three (3) months’ bank statements or proof of income
- Immunisation charts (Pre-Primary/Little Saints school only)
* Please ensure that all the information supplied is up to date.
Admission Procedure
- Complete the application form and submit it along with all supporting documents (a copy of the learner’s official birth certificate, ID documents for both parents, and the most recent school report) and the proof of payment of the R300 application fee.
- The applicant is required to attend an interview with the Principal or designated staff member.
- Upon acceptance, an enrolment fee is required to secure a place.
- Please keep the school up to date with any changes in personal details to facilitate communication.

To upload the documents to the school for the application season, kindly follow the process below:

- Click on the load documents
- Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
- Fill in your information
- Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
- Click on ‘Upload’
- Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
