Application Process for Maris Stella School

If you would like your daughter to attend Maris Stella, please follow these steps:

Download and complete the application form and email the form and the relevant documentation below to ms@marisstella.co.za, or visit them to collect or drop off hard copies:

1. Birth certificate
2. ID photograph
3. Baptism certificate (if applicable)
4. Most recent half-year or year-end school report (not applicable if your daughter has not yet started school)
5. Copies of any remedial / assessment reports
6. Proof of payment
7. Copy of the latest and previous year-end fee statement from the previous school, if applicable
8. Copy of both parent’s ID documents
9. Proof of residence in parent’s name eg utility bill
10. Salary advice for both parties responsible for fees (3 months)
11. If self-employed, copy of recent financials and copies of the last 3 months’ bank statements
12. Consent for Credit Check Electronic Form

Pay the application fee of R400, which can be done via EFT or in person at the school. Our banking details are as follows:

How to upload an application form to Maris Stella School

To upload the documents to the school for the application season, kindly follow the process below:

• Visit the official website of the school application portal
• Click on the load documents
• Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
• Fill in your information
• Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
• Click on ‘Upload’
• Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
