An application form is a valid document which can be downloaded from Northlands Girls High School’s website, filled out, and then uploaded to the institution. Students are advised to send their application forms together with the needed supporting documentation attached. The application for the institution is now open for all students for the academic year 2024-2025.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Northlands Girls High School
The following documents are to be included with the application (incomplete applications will not be considered):
- A copy of the learner’s birth certificate.
- The School’s prescribed application form.
- Proof that the learner has been immunized.
- An original transfer card for the learner where he/she is transferring from one school (independent or public) to the School.
- A copy of any reports that will assist the School in understanding the educational needs of the learner.
- Proof of the residential address(es) of the learner and both parents (which proof may include a copy of a title deed, existing lease agreement, and/or utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).
How to upload an application form to Northlands Girls High School

- Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
- Fill in your information
- Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
- Click on ‘Upload’
- Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
