Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Jeppe High School for Boys

In terms of the application and admission process, you are advised to get the following documentation in order as soon as possible:

• ID-size photograph of the learner.
• Certified photocopy of the UNABRIDGED Birth Certificate of the learner.
• Certified photocopy of the learner’s previous two years’ academic reports (final report for 2024 and the most recent report for 2024).
• Certified photocopy of Immunisation Card. (Not compulsory)
• Certified photocopy of both parents’/legal guardians’ ID documents.
• Certified photocopy of parents’ or legal guardians’ death certificates, if deceased.
• Current proof of employment for both parents/legal guardians.
• If unemployed, please provide an affidavit to this effect.
• The current Proof of Residence (original utility bill with the physical address).
• If the parents are not South African citizens, there must be an original work permit for each parent, and a valid study permit for the learner.
• If the learner is adopted or fostered, a certified photocopy of the court order must be provided.
