Enrolling your Child at Effingham Secondary School

The application is Between August 1 and October 31 of the academic year, you must enrol your child in the school.

 

Required documents need to be submitted to Effingham Secondary School

Complete the registration form

Attach the following documents to the Registration Form:

• Child’s ID / Birth Certificate / Immigration Documents / Clinic Card/immunisation card
• Child’s latest school report [March 2017]
• Proof of Residence
• The ID of both parents / Death Certificates
• The ID of the person responsible for the payment of school fees
• Social Grant documents if applicable
• One ID-size photograph of the child
• 2x new plastic sleeves
• Proof of Payment of R2000 SCHOOL FEES DEPOSIT.

Parents & Children must present themselves with the registration form for a formal interview with the Principal or his designate. Registration will be completed during the interview.

 

How to upload an application form to Effingham Secondary School

• Click on the load documents
• Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
• Fill in your information
• Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
• Click on ‘Upload’
• Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
