Diocesan School for Girls Application Form 2024-2025: Late Online Application Dates

If you are an applicant willing to submit your application to Diocesan School for Girls for the 2024-2025 application period academic year, well the school has opened the portal for parents to submit their kid’s applications to the school. Parents are also advised to download the application forms complete with the right information about the student and the parent/guidance themselves.

Documents needed to complete the application forms for Diocesan School for Girls

Please note the following application requirements:

This completed form is to be returned with COPIES of the following documents:

• An unabridged Birth Certificate of the applicant;
• Baptismal Certificate of applicant (Catholics only);
• Final report from the previous year and most current school reports/transfer letter;
• Immunization record (clinic card)
• Passport (where applicable);
• Study Permit (where applicable);
• Identity Documents (all parents/guardians);
• In the event of parents/guardians being self-employed, a company letterhead, as well as 2 months’ bank statements, must be provided;
• In the event of the applicant’s fees being paid by a Trust, proof of undertaking of responsibility by the Trust to pay these fees must be provided;
• Original, signed debit order form (for monthly payers);
• Financial Certificate completed by the current school.

NOTE: Should you not be able to upload any of these documents please upload a letter of explanation for each outstanding document.

 

THE DSG APPLICATION PROCESS:

• Complete and return the application form with the supporting documentation listed. Please follow up with them if you do not receive an acknowledgement of their receipt of your form.
• As originals are not required, these documents may be emailed or faxed back to them.
• There is no application fee.
• Applications must be returned by March of the year preceding entry but, due to the demand for places at DSG, The earlier the forms are submitted the better.
• Part of our admission process includes an interview with the Head. You will be contacted to confirm a date for this.
• Offers of places will be emailed to parents during the April of the year preceding admission. Offers of places must be confirmed in writing and the entrance fee paid within a month of the offer (a date will be stipulated with the offer).
• House placements and New Girls Packs will be sent to parents by October of the year preceding the entry
