Collegiate Girls High School Application Form 2024-2025: School Applications Open

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Collegiate Girls High School

THE FOLLOWING FORMS MUST ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION: FOR OFFICE USE ONLY:

• Certified copy of the unabridged birth certificate of the learner. If the unabridged birth certificate is not available, a certified copy of the abridged birth certificate of the learner and a certified copy of the identity document of both parents and/or guardians.
• Certified copy of the identity document of the debtor (if applicable).
• Certified copy of passport, work permit, and study permit, in the case of the learner being a non-South African citizen.
• Copy of latest report from the learner’s present school.
• Copy of the most recent utilities (lights/water/rates) account as proof of residential address.
• An ID size, a recent photograph of the learner.
• If either parent is self-employed, please supply company registration documents or VAT registration documents.
• Should you qualify for a SASSA grant, please attach copies of all relevant documentation and a copy of the SASSA card.
• Proof of payment of registration fee (R50). Payment can be by EFT to STANDARD BANK, Branch Code 050317, Account Number 280 916 841, OR directly at the Bursar’s office (no card facility, Cash only).

 

How to submit the application form to Collegiate Girls High School

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
