Document and information required for the admission of a learner

All documents must be certified before you upload them.

• Parent ID (of both parents – if a parent ID is not available: a death certificate or Affidavit is required)
• Learner’s birth certificate
• Proof of home address (municipal account, not older than 3 months or a certified lease agreement in your name)
• Proof of work address on company letterhead (if applying using this criterion)
• Latest school report (Term 1 2024).

Additional documents required if the applicant is not a South African citizen are:

• Valid Study Permit
• Temporary or permanent residence permit from the Department of Home Affairs; or
• Evidence that you have applied for permission to stay in South Africa (Receipt from Home Affairs)

Do not bring the documents to the school, online submission only.

Please note: The school urge parents and guardians to certify documents and scan them beforehand. Once registered, scanned documents can be uploaded. All of the certified documents must be uploaded within 7 days of applying.
