For NEW applicants applying –

2) Enter your email address
3) Enter the 4-digit code emailed to you
4) Complete the online application form
5) Once completed, you will be prompted to attach the following supporting documentation-

• Birth Certificate of Child (Preferably Unabridged)
• Copy of Father/Guardian ID/Passport
• Copy of Mother/Guardian ID/Passport
• Copy of the front and back of your medical aid card (where applicable)
• Proof of Residence
• Ketubah OR Proof of Jewishness Form (download here).
• Proof of Payment of deposit fee/joining fee. For details on joining fee information, please click here.
• Latest school report (if transferring from another school)
• Financial Clearance / Fees statement (if transferring from another school)

If you are a Non-South African, please attach a copy of page 2&3 of the child’s passport, visa, date of entry into South Africa and study permit.

How to submit the application form to King David School

• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.
