Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Thomas More College
The following documents are to be included with the application (incomplete applications will not be considered):
- Complete application form
- Copy of Identity document or birth certificate
- Copies of Parents’ / Guardian’s Identity document
- Most recent report card
- Copy of medical aid card
- Three (3) months’ bank statements or proof of income
- Immunisation charts (Pre-Primary/Little Saints school only)

How to upload an application form to Thomas More College

- Click on the load documents
- Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
- Fill in your information
- Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
- Click on ‘Upload’
- Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
