Checklist Of Documents

For both the online and the manual applications, the following documents are required. For the online application, these documents must be scanned in and attached to the application.

The following CERTIFIED documents are required in respect of each applicant:

• Copy of birth certificate.
• Immigrant applicants are to submit a copy of their unabridged birth certificate and passport.
• Copy of baptismal certificate (for Catholic applicants).
• Testimonial from parish priest/minister (optional).
• Copy of most recent school report.
  Completed testimonial form. This form must be submitted to the boy’s current school for completion and returned to St Benedict’s.
  Applicants for a position from Grade 2 – 12 are required to submit this form.
• Copy of current school fee statement.
• Copy of parent/guardian identity document/passport/proof of identity.
• Copy of official immunisation card.
• Proof of custody (if appropriate).
• An R500.00 non-refundable application fee

How to apply for admission at St Benedict’s College
