Alma Mater International School Admissions 2024-2025: School Fees 2024

In order to avoid having your admission denied or withheld, Alma Mater International School invites all students to submit their applications as early as possible. Also, remember to include all essential supporting papers when submitting your application.

Applications to Alma Mater

Entry requirements:

Assessments are required as a part of your application to Alma Mater International School. See the following for the required assessments;

• Grade 00 and R – Class screening assessment
• Grade 1 – School readiness assessment
• Grade 2 to Grade 6 – Online international entrance assessment and class observation
• Grade 7 to Grade 12/A Levels – Online international entrance assessment and interview

 

Document and information required for the admission of a learner.

Relevant documents for Admission:

• A completed and signed Application for Admission of student/s,
• certified copies of identity documents or passport or birth certificates of student/s,
• Certified copies of valid permits: temporary or permanent residence permit, student study VISA
• Certified copies of Identity documents of parents and/or legal guardian or any person deemed to be a responsible person of such student,
• Clinic Card and/or immunization card of the student,
• Latest School report (if currently attending another school),
• Transfer card from the attending school,
• Birth Certificate or acceptable proof of date of birth,
• An Administration Fee, which is not refundable.

School Zoning:

• School zoning is irrelevant to admission to the school.

Admission of non-citizens:

• Non-citizens will be admitted to the school provided that parents are in the possession of one of the following permits: temporary or permanent residence permit, a student study VISA.

Admission and Assessment Process

All applicants are required to complete an assessment prior to enrolment. Kindly take note of the following:

• A fee of R 750 ZAR will be applicable on application (an additional cost for School Readiness Assessment is required for Grade 1 entry, this will be charged by a chosen Educational psychologist)
• The applicant must meet the minimum entrance requirements and policies as stipulated: Applications
• An entrance assessment will be required. Alma Mater International School reserves the right to accept or reject an application should the student not meet our entrance requirements.
• Applicant must be in agreement with the acceptance letter from Alma Mater International School and attach proof of payment for the registration fee; before any admission, documents will be forwarded. School Fees 2024

 

How to apply for admission at Alma Mater International School

• Go to the official website of the school
• At the top menu of the page, click on the “Apply for Admission” tab
• All new applicants must complete the application form before applying. They will not process applications without filling out the forms.
• Attach the necessary document when applying
• Complete and submit your application for evaluation
