Fields College Application Form 2024-2025: Online Applications Requirement

For the academic year 2024-2025, Fields College will accept all applications. The school makes an application form available for students to download, complete, and submit during this period. Applicants should also include the appropriate documentation before submitting the application form before the deadline is due.

Required documents needed to be submitted

The following documentation must be supplied with the information form:

1. One I.D. photograph of the learner
2. A copy of the learner’s unabridged birth certificate OR a copy of the learner’s ID document if over 16 years
3. Latest school report – ORIGINAL ONLY
4. Character reference of learner from the current school
5. Copy of mother and father/guardian ID document
6. Copy of mother and father/guardian’s payslips
7. Proof of residence
8. Foreign Citizens require valid passports and study permit
9. Both parents’ details completed

THE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE FATHER AND MOTHER’S DETAILS ARE NOT FULLY COMPLETED UNDER PARENT DETAILS.

• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 academic year.
