Edenvale High School Application Form 2024-2025: Opening Date for Applications

All applicants may now submit an application for the upcoming academic year at Edenvale High School before the deadline. All pupils are encouraged to fill out the application form that has been made available by the school and submit it together with the necessary documentation.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Edenvale High School

All documents must be certified before you upload them.

• Parent ID (of both parents – if a parent ID is not available: a death certificate or Affidavit is required)
• Learner’s birth certificate
• Proof of home address (municipal account, not older than 3 months or a certified lease agreement in your name)
• Proof of work address on company letterhead (if applying using this criterion)
• Latest school report (Term 1 2024).

Additional documents required if the applicant is not a South African citizen are:

• Valid Study Permit
• Temporary or permanent residence permit from the Department of Home Affairs; or
• Evidence that you have applied for permission to stay in South Africa (Receipt from Home Affairs)

• Fill up your details in the provided space given
