Selborne College APPLICATION FORM
- Four (4) Identical IDENTITY size PHOTOGRAPHS of your son
- Photos to be taken in the year of application)
- Certified copy of your son’s UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- (Non-South African Residents to provide Passport/ Study Permit/Refugee Status)
- TERM 4 Report – previous year
- TERM 1 Report – by request on the day of the Interview.
- Copy of MEDICAL AID membership card (back and front)
- Certified copy of MOTHER’S Identity Document Certified copy of FATHER’S Identity Document
- Certified copy of the person responsible for fees if not the parent.
- 9Copy of PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT or PAYSLIPS for both parents and/or person responsible for fees.
- (If Self Employed a letter from the Bookkeeper/Accountant.)
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE (Eg Municipal or Telephone a/c)
- (Proof of Residence is required for both parents if not living at the same address)
- ADMINISTRATION FEE of R100.00 (payable with application)
NO APPLICATION will be accepted/processed without ALL the relevant

How to submit the application form to Selborne College

- Fill up your details in the provided space given
- Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
- Click “Upload.”
