St Boniface High School CBC Application Form 2024-2025: School Online Application 2024

The online application process for Northern Cape High School has been made available for the 2024–2025 school year. Since the application process is still open, the applications are only for students who are prepared to enrol in the school. Applicants can download the application form from both this article or the official website, fill out with all of the necessary details, and then submit it after it has been finished.

Documents needed to complete the application forms

Please note the following application requirements:

This completed form is to be returned with COPIES of the following documents:

• An unabridged Birth Certificate of the applicant;
• Baptismal Certificate of applicant (Catholics only);
• Final report from the previous year and most current school reports/transfer letter;
• Immunization record (clinic card)
• Passport (where applicable);
• Study Permit (where applicable);
• Identity Documents (all parents/guardians);
• In the event of parents/guardians being self-employed, a company letterhead, as well as 2 months’ bank statements, must be provided;
• In the event of the applicant’s fees being paid by a Trust, proof of undertaking of responsibility by the Trust to pay these fees must be provided;
• Original, signed debit order form (for monthly payers);
• Financial Certificate completed by the current school.

NOTE: Should you not be able to upload any of these documents please upload a letter of explanation for each outstanding document.
