St Patricks CBC Application Form 2024-2025: School Applications Open for 2024

For the academic year 2024–2025, Northern Cape High School has released its online application portal. Students can download the application form from the article, fill it out with the necessary information, and submit it once it has been finished. The applications are for students who are prepared to enrol in the school because the application process is still open.

Documents need for Admission St Patricks CBC

Please note the following application requirements:

• All applicants from Age 2 are required to undergo an entrance assessment.
• A R600.00 (non-refundable) application fee must accompany this form in respect of all applicants.
• This completed form is to be returned with COPIES of the following documents:

1. An unabridged Birth Certificate of the applicant;
2. Baptismal Certificate of applicant (Catholics only);
3. Final report from the previous year and most current school reports/transfer letter;
4. Immunization record (clinic card)
5. Passport (where applicable);
6. Study Permit (where applicable);
7. Identity Documents (all parents/guardians);
8. In the event of parents/guardians being self-employed, a company letterhead, as well as 2 months’ bank statements, must be provided;
9. In the event of the applicant’s fees being paid by a Trust, proof of undertaking of responsibility by the Trust to pay these fees must be provided;
10. Original signed debit order form (for monthly payers);
11. Financial Certificate completed by the current school. Online Application Fees

PLEASE NOTE: No application will be finalised for Grade R-12 should the final year-end (Term 4) reports not be received before he/she starts school the following year confirming the applicant has been promoted to the grade applying for. Confirmation of acceptance for the forthcoming academic year will be provided by October of the preceding year.

 

How to submit the application form to St Patrick’s CBC

• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
