Treverton College Admissions 2024-2025: College School Fees

Treverton College Admissions 2024-2025 for the academic year has been released and all parents can now apply their prospective applicants during the academic session. Parents are advised to submit the required documents needed during the application procedure. For the admission date, the college will be published on the official website when the admission period is due.

Treverton follows the Independent Examination Board (I.E.B) curriculum, which culminates in Grade 12 when they write their National Senior Certificate (NSC).

English, Afrikaans/Isizulu/Geography (Immigrants only), Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy, and Life Orientation are compulsory. Pupils must then select one subject option per line below to complete their subject package.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner

For both the online and the manual application, the following documents are required:

• Id or unabridged birth certificate of the child
• One ID photo of the learner
• Latest school report
• ID copies of both parents/guardians
• Copy of Court Order if the learner is placed under Guardianship
• Clearance Certificate of previous school & latest statement
• Proof of residence (water & lights acc)
• Copy of Divorce Agreement, if applicable
• Copy of the Maintenance Court Order if applicable
• Copy of medical aid card
• Copy of death certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of income for both parents/guardians
• Proof of unemployment for both parents/guardians (if applicable: Letter from Dept of Labour)
• Copy of grant received
• Copy of the child’s Immunisation Card

How to Apply

Kindly complete your Online Application using ADAM, our School Administrative system. In order to protect the system as well as the integrity of all our information, you will be required to follow the prompts as well as a confirmation link which will bring you back to the site securely. Please take note of the required fields. From here Lynne Butler, our Admissions Secretary will be in touch. She will require the following before your application can be finalized:

• A non-refundable fee of R500 (covering administrative costs including credit clearances) or proof of payment thereof;
• The applicant’s birth certificate, a passport photo, the latest year-end & most recent termly report;
• A copy of both parent IDs and the ID/Documents of the person/entity responsible for the account (if other than a parent)

Once all documents are received, an interview for you and your child and a tour of the school will be arranged with the respective Headmaster. college school fees

ENROLMENT

The application deadline for entry into any grade must be received by the end of April in the preceding year. Late applications will be accepted should space allow.

Online Application

This enrolment process will ask for information about both parents and prospective pupils.

To begin, enter your ID or passport number so that they can see if your details exist in their database already. Once you click ‘Here’, they will ask existing parents for login information to verify your identity. Parents who are not in their database will be asked to provide contact information.
