Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Thomas More College

The following documents are to be included with the application (incomplete applications will not be considered):

• Complete application form
• Copy of Identity document or birth certificate
• Copies of Parents’ / Guardian’s Identity document
• Most recent report card
• Copy of medical aid card
• Three (3) months’ bank statements or proof of income
• Immunisation charts (Pre-Primary/Little Saints school only)
