Harvest Christian School Application Form 2024-2025: Closing Date for Applications

The application for the 2024-2025 academic year at Harvest Christian School is open for all candidates to apply and submit the application form which has been downloaded from this article or the official website of the school. Students are urged to apply within the application period and complete the form with the necessary required documents requested before the deadline commenced.

APPLICATION AND ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

The following must accompany this application

• Application Fee: R500 (non-refundable).
• Certified copy of a birth certificate or identity document of this student.
• Certified copy of the identity document of each parent and/or guardian or debtor.
• If the identity documents of both the mother and the father are not available, a certified copy of an unabridged birth certificate of the learner is required.
• Certified copy of passport, work permit, and study permit, in the case of the applicant being a non-South African citizen.
• Copy of latest report from student’s present school.
• Copy of the most recent utilities (light/water/rates) account as proof of residential address.
• 2 recent photographs – 1 Individual & 1 Family.
• A copy of your child’s clinic card.
• If either parent is self-employed, please supply company registration documents or VAT registration documents.
• Pastor Confidential Reference.
• School Confidential Reference.
• Statement of Faith.
• Completed consent for Credit Check (South African residents only).

NOTE: Should you not be able to upload any of these documents please upload a letter of explanation for each outstanding document.

 

How to submit the application form to Harvest Christian School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
