Eunice High School Application Form 2024-2025: Opening Date for Applications

The academic year application at Eunice High School is now released for all applicants to apply and submit the applications before the closing date. The school has provided an application form on the school’s website for all parents to download and complete with the relevant information about their kids and the parents themselves before submitting it to the school. During the process, students must also submit the required documents.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Eunice High School

Thank you for the interest you have shown in applying to Eunice High School for Girls.  Please take note of the important information outlined below.

The application process consists of two steps:

Step 1: Completing and submit this online form.

Step 2: Submit supporting documentation to admissions@ehs.co.za.  What supporting documentation(copies of original documentation) is needed:

• Birth certificate/Identity document of the applicant (learner)
• ID documentation for parent/legal guardian and debtor (if not the parent/legal guardian)
• Passport/Study Permit/Permanent Residence Permit if the applicant is a non-South African citizen
• Latest school report (second term reports will be needed as well)
• Recent passport-sized photograph of the learner ( not older than 12 months)
• Proof of income/employment/SARS or Company registration documents (self-employed parents)
• Health profile/vaccination record
• Divorce and or Custody Court order
• Medical aid card
• Proof of residence (Utilities account not older than 3 months)

The Eunice admissions office will send an email with an applicant reference number confirming receipt of your online application and supporting documentation within 7 business days.
All communication pertaining to your application will be sent via email or SMS. Therefore, please ensure that you enter the correct email address and cell phone number. Eunice will not take responsibility for missed communication because of erroneous contact details.

How to submit the application form to Eunice High School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
