Cambridge High School Application Form 2024-2025: School Online Applications

Cambridge High School invites all young and vibrant applicants to apply to the school as applications have resumed. During the period for the application, the school provides an application form which is an official document that allows the student to complete the correct information about themselves and also their guidance/parents. Students are also advised to submit the forms will the required documents attached to the school before the closing date is due.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Cambridge High School

You will be requested to attach the following mandatory documents to this application:

The following must accompany the application form on submission:

1. A copy of the ID documents for both parents (or guardian[s]);
2. A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate (and ID document if available);
3. A copy of the applicant’s Grade 6 December and Grade 7 First Term report;
4. A recent ID-size photograph of the applicant (for record purposes);
5. Some form of proof of residence (e.g. municipal services account).

• Acceptance of the applicant is dependent upon proof that the learner has been promoted to the grade applied for.
• Please note that you will be advised in writing (via email) as to whether the application has been successful or not. If you have not heard from the school by the second day of Term 3, please contact the school office.
• Reminder: Application forms must be returned physically to the school. Please do not email application forms.

 

How to submit a school application to Cambridge High School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
