Aliwal North High School Application Form 2024-2025: Late Online Application Dates

All applicants are encouraged to submit an application to Uplands College for the upcoming academic year. The school has opened an application portal for students to download, fill out, and submit the application to the institution.

Documents needed to complete the application forms for Aliwal North High School

Please note the following application requirements:

This completed form is to be returned with COPIES of the following documents:

• An unabridged Birth Certificate of the applicant;
• Baptismal Certificate of applicant (Catholics only);
• Final report from the previous year and most current school reports/transfer letter;
• Immunization record (clinic card)
• Passport (where applicable);
• Study Permit (where applicable);
• Identity Documents (all parents/guardians);
• In the event of parents/guardians being self-employed, a company letterhead, as well as 2 months’ bank statements, must be provided;
• In the event of the applicant’s fees being paid by a Trust, proof of undertaking of responsibility by the Trust to pay these fees must be provided;
• Original, signed debit order form (for monthly payers);
• Financial Certificate completed by the current school.

NOTE: Should you not be able to upload any of these documents please upload a letter of explanation for each outstanding document.
