Northlands Girls High School Admissions 2024-2025: School Applications

Thank you for the interest you have shown in seeking admission for your daughter at Northlands Girls’ High School. The completed application form and all relevant documentation can be emailed to admissions@nghs.co.za, or placed in the box available at the Security Office at the main entrance to the school.

Admissions should be submitted as early as possible in the applications cycle, before the due date.

Document and information required for the admission of a learner

• A copy of the learner’s birth certificate.
• The School’s prescribed application form.
• Proof that the learner has been immunized.
• An original transfer card for the learner where he/she is transferring from one school (independent or public) to the School.
• A copy of any reports that will assist the School in understanding the educational needs of the learner.
• Proof of the residential address(es) of the learner and both parents (which proof may include a copy of a title deed, existing lease agreement, and/or utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).

School Fees

School fees for the year 2024 are as follows:

GRADE 8	R41 772
GRADE 9 – 12	R39 679

Early payment discount: Discounts will only be applicable when LTSM and school packs are paid in full. Payment made on or before 31 December 2024 is entitled to a 7% discount = R2 777.53 (Gr 9 to 12) and R2 924.04 (Grade 8) Payment made on or before 31 January 2024 is entitled to a 4% discount = R1 587.16  (Grade 9 to 12) and R1 670.88 (Grade 8) Payment made on or before 28 February 2024 is entitled to a 2% discount = R793.58 (Grade 9 to 12) and R835.44 (Grade 8) NGHS is proud that its parents are known to prioritize their daughter’s education and budget accordingly. Entry into Grade 8

The application process for entry into Grade 8 commences in your daughter’s Grade 7 year.
