Inkamana High School Application Form 2024-2025: How do I Apply for Inkamana School?

Parents who wish to enrol their children at Inkamana High School may submit applications during this period. As the application deadline draws near, the school has released the application portal to allow all students to apply during the current academic year. Students can download and complete the application form before sending it to the school.

Required documents for the application forms

For both the online and the manual application, the following documents are required:

• Applications for 2024 open on January 2024 and close on April 2024. Please submit your application as soon as possible
• To apply download and print the preliminary application form
• Complete it
• Submit it together with the following supporting documents:
  • 1 x copy of the student’s Birth Certificate (certified)
  • 1 x copy of the student’s Birth Certificate (not certified)
  • 1 x copy of the student’s Baptismal Certificate
  • A copy of the student’s December report for 2024 (both sides)
  • A copy of the student’s March 2024 report
    (Please send immediately when available).
  • A copy of the 2024 medical aid Card (showing both sides) – only if applicable
  • A copy of the student’s clinic card since birth with all inoculations
  • 2 Passport sized photos – stapled to the Application form.
  • Certified copies of both parent’s or legal guardians’ ID documents
  • Certified copy of Death certificate of parent (if applicable)
    

NO ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS PLEASE

• Post to: The Principal, Inkamana High School, Private Bag X9333, Vryheid, 3100 OR
• Deliver by hand to the School, six kilometres south of Vryheid on the road to Melmoth
• Faxed or e-mail applications are not accepted

 

How to submit a school application to Inkamana High School

• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.
