Horizon International High School Application Form 2024-2025: Online Application 2024 Closing Date

For the academic year 2024–2025, Horizon International High School admission is now open to all applicants who have been waiting to enrol in the institution. The school has provided an application form which is a legal document provided for students to download and complete with the required information. During the admission period, please also remember to attach the required documents during the process.

Application for Horizon International High School Admissions 2024-2025

1. All applications are required to be made in writing on the school’s prescribed application form, together with documentary proof requested to be annexed thereto. Once the fully completed application forms are received, as well as all supporting documents, the applicant will be given a date to write the “School Entrance / Scholarship Exam.”

2. Entrance / Scholarship Exam

All Primary School applicants will be assessed by a Skill Evaluation Test and all High School applicants will seat for an Entrance / Scholarship Exam.

3. Requirements Upon application process (before the interview:

• COMPLETED APPLICATION REGISTRATION FORM
• 1 x IDENTITY PHOTO OF LEARNER
• 2 x CERTIFIED COPIES OF UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE (INCLUDING PARENTS’ DETAILS) or Proof of application thereof.
• LATEST SCHOOL REPORT/PROGRESS REPORT OF LEARNER
• TRANSFER CARD (To be submitted to the school office on the first day of school)
• CERTIFIED COPIES OF BOTH PARENTS’ I.D. DOCUMENTS and ACCOUNT PAYEE
• LATEST PAYSLIPS OF BOTH PARENTS AND ACCOUNT PAYEE
• CLINIC CARD OF LEARNER
• PROOF OF RESIDENCE OF PAYEE AND WHERE THE CHILD LIVES
• PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT FOR BOTH PARENTS AND ACCOUNT PAYEE
• PROOF OF BANK ACCOUNT FOR ACCOUNT PAYEE (WITH OFFICIAL BANK STAMP)
• COPY OF THE CURRENT SCHOOL’S LATEST ACCOUNT STATEMENT
• STUDY PERMIT (ALL FOREIGN STUDENTS)

NB. This application cannot be processed unless all supporting documentation is attached.

 

How to submit the application form to Horizon International High School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
