Holy Rosary School Application Form 2024-2025: Opening Date for Applications

Before submitting the application to Holy Rosary School, all applicants must download the form, fill it out completely, and upload all needed documents. The school is ready to take on students who want to enrol in classes there during the academic year 2024–2025. Students are allowed to submit the necessary paperwork when filling out the application form ahead of time and submitting it to the school.

Documents needed to be provided

Below are the required documents that need to be submitted when uploading the application forms:

• Copy of the applicant’s birth certificate and ID document for both parents/guardians.
• An ID photo of the applicant.
• Copy of the applicant’s most recent school report.
• Documentation verifying legal guardianship (if applicable).
• A non-refundable R250 administration fee, with proof of payment, paid directly into Holy Rosary School’s Bank Account. Bank: FNB, Branch Code: 201510, Account Number: 5468 068 5865.
• Copy of current school fees statement.

Acceptance of this application and the administration fee does not guarantee a place for the applicant.

NB. This application cannot be processed unless all supporting documentation is attached.

How to submit the application form to Holy Rosary School

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 school year.
