Hoerskool Voortrekker Application Form 2024-2025: Online Applications Requirement

Hoerskool Voortrekker has restarted the application process to accept all prospective applicants for the academic year 2024-2025. The school has provided an application form available for students to complete while providing important information about themselves, their parents, and perhaps any advisors. Applicants should also include the required papers before submitting them before the assignment is due.

Required documents needed to be submitted

The following document attachments are required to complete the Online Application:

• Proof of residence (Lights/Water account or letter from Municipality).
• The learner’s most recent school report.
• One recent ID photograph of the learner.
• A Certified copy of the learner’s Birth Certificate.
• Copies of both Biological parent(s) / guardian(s)-ID documents.
• If a parent is deceased, please attach a copy of their death certificate.
• If a parent’s details are not available, please attach an affidavit explaining why this information is not available.
• School fee statement from the previous school.
• A copy of the medical aid card.

You will receive an email notifying you whether or not your child has been provisionally accepted. The provisionally accepted learners and their parents will then also be invited to an interview at school in the second term.

No application fee is payable. However, a non-refundable acceptance deposit of R1800 will be payable upon acceptance. In addition to a tuition boarding deposit, an admission fee of R2000 per learner is payable on your child’s acceptance of the boarding.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU APPLY TO MORE THAN ONE HIGH SCHOOL AS THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF LEARNERS THAT THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE.

 

How to submit the application form to Hoerskool Voortrekker

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 academic year.
