Glenwood High School Application Form 2024-2025: School Applications Open for 2024

The application form for Glenwood High School can be downloaded after students have successfully applied to the school for the academic year. During the application, the school provides an application form as mentioned before for students to fill out the required information about themselves and also students must attach the necessary required documents when applying.

Required documents need to be submitted to Glenwood High School

The following documents are to be included with the application (incomplete applications will not be considered):

1. A copy of the latest December and current school reports must be attached.
2. A copy of the son’s Unabridged Birth Certificate or Book of Life must be attached. Should the parent’s and sons’ surnames differ, an unabridged birth certificate must accompany the Book of Life.
3. Copy of immunization card for son.
4. A recent passport photograph must be attached.
5. Proof of Residence: i.e. latest Bank Statement (for confirmation of Residential Address only) or copy of Electricity / Telephone Account. An affidavit is not acceptable proof of residence.
6. Copies of both Parent’s / Guardian’s Identity Documents.
7. Previous School Fee Statement.
8. Salary advice of both Parents / Guardians.
9. Official Guardianship Documentation (if applicable)
10. Failure to comply with the above may result in a delay in the processing of the application.
11. If a learner contravenes any school rule or regulation laid down by the responsible authorities, disciplinary action may be taken against such a learner.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

The application is not to be regarded as an acceptance at Glenwood High School. Prospective pupils will be contacted for an interview. Not all applicants will be granted an interview. All applicants will be notified by post of the status of their application.

NOTE:

The Application Form will not be dealt with until the Administration fee is paid and all the relevant documents are submitted. The payment of the Administration Fee is to cover the costs of processing the application only.

 

How to upload an application form to Glenwood High School

To upload the documents to the school for the application season, kindly follow the process below:

• Click on the load documents
• Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
• Fill in your information
• Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
• Click on ‘Upload’
• Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
