2024 Admissions Timeline;

• 23 February: Grade 8 2024 Academic Scholarship Exams
• 23 February: Offers of place for Grade 8, 2024 sent to siblings already in the College
• 14 – 16 March: Shortlisted Scholarship Interview Evenings
• 6 April: Offers of place for Grade 8, 2024 sent to Clifton Grade 7 families
• 11 April: Scholarship offers for Grade 8, 2024 sent out
• 13 April: Offers of place for Grade 8, 2024 sent to external families

 

Document and information required for the admission of a learner at Clifton School

The following document attachments are required to complete the Online Application:

• Proof of residence (Lights/Water account or letter from Municipality).
• The learner’s most recent school report.
• One recent ID photograph of the learner.
• A Certified copy of the learner’s Birth Certificate.
• Copies of both Biological parent(s) / guardian(s)-ID documents.
• If a parent is deceased, please attach a copy of their death certificate.
• If a parent’s details are not available, please attach an affidavit explaining why this information is not available.
• School fee statement from the previous school.
• A copy of the medical aid card.

 

How to upload an application form to Clifton School

To upload the documents to the school for the application season, kindly follow the process below:

• Visit the official website of the school application portal
• Click on the load documents
• Scroll down and click on the bubble next to ‘ Documents
• Fill in your information
• Click on choose file and select the corresponding file from your device
• Click on ‘Upload’
• Once done submitting the documents, click on submit documents and continue
