For the 2024–2025 school year, CBC Mount Edmund has resumed accepting new students. Please attach the following documents to this form:

• A copy of your child’s latest School Report
• A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
• A copy of the ID/Passport (person responsible for school fees and both parents)
• A copy of the custody Court Order if applicable
• Proof of payment for the non-refundable Enrolment Registration Fee of R550.00
• Immigrant applicants: Study Permit, copy of Passport pages showing current legal status in SA and Immunisation Record
