Ashbury College Application Form 2024-2025: School Online Applications Requirement

Ashbury College has reopened the application to enrol all applicants who are interested to apply for the academic year 2024-2025. The school has provided the application form which enables students to input the necessary information about themselves and their parents/guidance when completing the form. Applicants should also attach the required documentation before submitting it before the timeframe elapses.

Required documents needed to be submitted

For the application for admission, they will need important documents from you. Please upload the documentation in pdf or jpeg format if available. If you are not able to upload the documents during the online process, you can still continue with the application but you need to email or submit it personally to the school as soon as possible. The school cannot process the applications without the required documents.

• Copy of Birth Certificate / ID Document
• Copy of Study Permit/Refugee Permit (if foreign)
• Copy of Learner’s Latest Progress Report
• Copy of Parents/Legal Guardian’s ID Document
• Copy of Responsible Person’s ID Document
• Transfer Document (once available)
• Copy of Vaccination Record (Pre-Primary & Foundation Phase)
• Copy of Medical Aid card (Front and Back)
• The latest month of Household Income / Salary Advice
• Water & Light Account (latest) or Proof of Residence
• 3x Months Bank Statement
• Recent Colour Photo of the Learner (ID-size)

 

How to submit the application form to Ashbury College

Please follow the steps below to upload your documents to the school during the application period:

• Visit the school’s online application portal’s website.
• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.

If you followed the steps above, you could successfully upload your documents to the school without any problem. Students should anticipate being accepted into the institution for the 2024–2025 academic year.
