RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

Applying students should ensure that they meet the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

• A completed and signed Application for Admission of student/s
• Certified copies of identity documents or passport or birth certificates of student/s
• Certified copies of identity documents of parents and /or legal guardian or any person deemed responsible for such student.
• Clinic Card and /or immunization card of the student.
• Latest School report (if currently attending another school)
• Transfer card from the attending school.
• Birth Certificate or acceptable proof of date of birth.
• An Administration Fee, which is not refundable.

SCHOOL ZONING:

• School zoning is irrelevant to admission to the school.

ADMISSION OF NON-CITIZENS:

• Non-citizens will be admitted to the school provided that parents are in the possession of a temporary or permanent residence permit.

 

How to submit the application form to Alma Mater International School

• Select “Load Documents”
• After descending, click the bubble next to “Documents”
• Fill up your details in the provided space given
• Select the matching file from your device by clicking the choose file button.
• Click “Upload.”
• After submitting the documents, click “submit documents” to move forward.
